So far I'll say it's easy to put together. In my photos you'll see that the top door and lock doesn't quit fit. Manufacturers error or poor measurement that's my reason for 4 star. I bought this for my shih tzu working well for first night. Very sturdy at the moment. Update: So the manufactory contacted me regarding the defects on this heavy duty crate which I followed the instructions to a T. Basically I've been told it's user error in assembling the product and was sent further instructions. The only thing I will say is if the screws are aligned properly which they are when i put it together and the crate is still off it's manufacturer defect. I have no time to break the crate down to return it. So it'll be another crate my dog can get out of without adding a lock to it. ... show more

My dog it’s a 9 week puppy and fits well inside. Moreover, the crate it’s very sturdy and can be move around because has wheels.

    • Waste of money
First off it does not come with a tray ( my fault for not reading it) most DO COME WITH ONE ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE, latches hinges and hardware is very cheap (unlike most) . I have a few for my dogs,this is the worst. Screws were stripping on a few holes. To top it off it was a week late (could be anyone's fault) ... show more
