All black wiring to draw less attenion to the source of power. I wish they also made a 90 degree right angle power plug version to allow the Echo 8 to sit closer to the wall.

This plug does not fit. See picture. It does not seat down far enough to make a connection. You can see the barrel of the connector. It needs to go in more than a 1/4 inch more in order to seat and make an electrical connection. Before I ordered, because of all the questionable reviews on other adapters about the connector fitting, I called Amazon Alexa support and Ordered from the Link they gave me for the exact model I purchased.
