Our kitchen project is still ongoing but I have been able to inspect this hood and confirm measurements and it's excellent quality especially for the price. I tested the fan and it works as expected and is relatively quiet. The gesture feature also seems to work but I'm not sure how it will work in once installed with heat and steam flowing by. The stainless is high quality and the brushed finish is nicer than most budget-friendly stainless products I've had. It is packed very well in the box and should arrive in perfect condition. This vent comes in a pretty box. It has options for external venting or side venting if you don't have a cut-out in your wall. Ideally, you'd vent to the outside, however. Installation is pretty straightforward and suction power is good. It looks pretty attractive if you're looking to modernize your kitchen.
