When I first received my TRIKE 700W I was delighted , it was everything they claimed it was . I wrote it around for 17 miles and then all of a sudden stopped working. I contacted Amazon and they put me in contact with the producer. Working through Amazon and emailing back and forth directly with the company that made the scooter they determined that the throttle assembly was probably to blame. They sent me I knew throttle assembly which was extremely easy to install. And that was the problem . The trike is working great again. It's nice to know that a company will stand behind their product and work with you to solve a problem. This trike is far more powerful than my old mobility scooter. It's lighter and folds up, will be much more convenient to carry in the car. It's ability to climb Hills is far greater. I'm a big fellow about 265 lbs , and the third speed it moves along at 14 miles an hour, I don't think I want to go any faster. It has three speeds and a shopping mode so you can control the speed very well. Has your motor on each rear wheel, and quite a bit of storage room to haul small items around. The media could not be loaded. The scooter is amazing, but the seller is truly outstanding. I bought this scooter for a multi-country trip and a Mediterranean cruise, and it served its purpose beautifully. It’s quick, easy to handle, lightweight—everything you could want. Unfortunately, on the way home, an airline carelessly checked it as baggage and damaged it. The seller guided me step-by-step, holding my hand through the repair process, and we fixed it together. I have no knowledge in this area, but thanks to their support, I was able to do it myself. They made it incredibly easy. If you’re considering this scooter, don’t hesitate—get it now! ... show more

I don’t leave reviews very often. I really think anyone interested in a mobility scooter should seriously consider this one. This scooter’s design is fantastic! Their customer service has been top notch. Any of the people who are concerned with not having a thick user manual, should just contact the company. They sent me links to very good videos of theirs, on how to work on any parts I was concerned with. One of my batteries had some damage happen to it during shipping. When I contacted the manufacturer about it, they immediately assured me they would make it right. I quickly received the replacement piece I needed, a link to a completely clear video about how to do it, and was good to go. The scooter arrived with very little left to assemble. Pretty much put the front tire on, headlight, and two back fenders/brake lights. The wiring was all already set up. I am not a mechanical type of person, by any means. Yet, even I found it easy to do. This is my third mobility scooter purchase over the last few years. Nothing else I have had or seen even compares to the quality of this scooter. I love it and have been using it a lot over the last several weeks. I use it at work and put several miles a day on it. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to work anymore. I work with the public and get lots of compliments about it, as well as questions regarding how to buy one. It is light enough that even in my weakened state, I can load and unload it. It folds up so compactly that it easily fits into my car, unfolds almost effortlessly in just seconds. Such a great design. I strongly recommend getting the package that includes the second battery. The battery lasts for hours, but if you ride it as much as I do, you will be happy to be able to swap them out. I worked 13.5 hours the other day on it, and was still pretty comfortable. FIRST l want to Say that I love this scooter. It is amazingly fun to drive and it really accelerates to a speed that will blow your hair back. It has a very cool look to it. . I can't say enough about how much I enjoy driving it. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the manual,which is practically useless. It did not have adequate instructions on assembling the few things that were required prior to driving it. BTW it would have been nice if the Allen wrench had supplied. Not everyone has tools like that. Also the wires that connect the brake lights were quite short difficult to connect. Improve the manual and it will make your customers give you a 5 star review every time. Thanks for a great scooter. I would recommend it to everyone who likes to go fast.. r ... show more
