Arrived broken and missing parts. The plastic was cracked and broken in several spots plus the axels were missing. Poor quality, box was a mess when arrived, and poor packing.

We bought this tractor for my grand son for a Christmas present in October And we put it together Christmas Eve and the front loader has where it clips to hold it up but the clips do not hold the front loader up so when he was ridding it the front loader fell And broke the bucket and the arms on the front loader does not stay locked in the notches that hold the front loader I am requesting for the mfg to send the arms and front loader bucket to repair it is less then a month old I bought it in October for Christmas present so now they say it past return so if u don’t open it before thine to return and know that it not made right now can u say it not returnable when it was opens and put together for a Christmas present for Christmas Day So far the mfg hasn’t contacted me at all I suggest do not buy this product the mfg is good to work with I also contacted Amazon and they told me nothing they can do I also purchased an insurance warranty thru assurance it not worth the paper it written on don’t waste your money on this product or the insurance ware of money ... show more

Our steering wheel connector was broken and a handle for the backhoe was missing. The instructions are hard to follow and expect you to figure out things that are not explained.
