  • Works perfectly!
Color: Red
I have been trying to find the perfect microphone for teaching yoga on Zoom since the pandemic began. After much trial and error, I came across the Rode Wireless Go, and in the video that I watched about it, learned that I should use this cord when using the system with my laptop. I had literally been so frustrated with every other microphone system that I tried and was so thankful when this cord worked perfectly with my system. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • This is a mono and not stereo cable
Color: Black
I do not have the rode wireless mic, so I cannot attest to whether or not this cable works properly with this system. However, I do have the comica boomX D2 where the left right channels can be recorded separately (stereo) or together in mono mode. The smartphone cable provided with the comica system is wired “properly” passing both the left and right channels to the trrs connector. However, the way “this” cable is wired, only a single channel is passed along and as a result the smart device only hears/records half of the signal. I.e. this is a mono cable. For sanity check I plugged this cable into the audio out of my laptop and played the audio diagnostics sound clip which outputs test tone on the left and then the right side speakers. Connecting this setup to my iPhone and recording the test signal, it only records the left side channel. So if you are STRICTLY using this cable to record a single source, I.e. a mic, yes it works as advertised. If you require a stereo signal to dump out to the trrs mic input, this will NOT work. Only one side is passed along from trs to trrs connector. ... show more

  • Very Happy
Color: Red
I just received this cable in the mail today (2 days late, but things happens so it's okay). I tested it out with my RODE Wireless Go and iPhone 12 Pro with the aux to lightning adapter and works great! The only downside is that the coil in the cable is not as sturdy as the RODE one, but for the price I can't complain! ... show more

  • Worked once and never worked again
Color: Black
When I first tested this cable running a Rode Wireless Go II to my iPhone 8 it worked great. Then I went to use it out for a project shooting video and capturing audio and it would not work. I've tested this cable with multiple phones and an iPad and it no longer works. The phones recognize something is plugged in to the headphone jack, but no mic input is captured. I'm using the apple 3.5mm to lightning adapter and it works fine with headphones/mic to record audio in, so I know it's not that adapter. The only thing left in the chain of audio is this cable. Don't waste your money. ... show more

  • Does not work with the RODE NTG Shotgun Mic
Color: Red
Either I got a faulty cable or this brand of cable DOES NOT WORK with the RODE NTG. Sadly, I didn't get to test it out until I was starting a job. All of my audio from the mic was ruined. Low buzz and distorted clipping. I was able to recreate the same problem in my home studio where there was no noise/interference. *tested mic with another cable and the mic is fine* ... show more

  • It Works with my wireless mic
Color: Red
The cable works with my Comica Receiver when it is connected to my Smartphone. When using the cable the male end with two black rings is connected to the receiver and the three ring male end is connected to your smartphone. If you have a newer Apple smartphone that does not have a 3.5mm female jack , you will need the adaptor to connect this cable. ... show more

  • Quick and simple setup
Color: Red
Naturally the cable works as expected but what I appreciate is the different colored connectors. It makes for a quick setup when you just know that the, in my case, the black connector plugs into the phone. I don't have to check to see which connection is separated by two black insulators versus just one. I also like the coiled stretch cable over a long dangling cable so it doesn't get caught on other equipment. ... show more
