No instructions? Yep, turned out to be true but maybe it’s a test. If you can’t McGyver this, maybe you shouldn’t be swapping engines. Took about 30 minutes and a beer to assemble. I’ve owned two other well loved auction find cherry pickers and this seems just as solid. Sure, they all seem rickety until loaded. I just don’t see anything wrong with it. Top professional level? Maybe not but it’s totally fine. Casters are decent. Longest ram of any of I’ve seen - not that straight up is useful other than maybe hanging an elk but it goes nearly fully erect. I’ll immediately update if I find something to cuss about but for now, I was really reluctant to order based on other reviews but I feel good. I trust it as much as any I’ve used. Note- load leveler not included. P.s.s. - of course it’s another 5.4 in the picture 🙄 ... show more

First to note, the front wheels do not swivel. They bolt between two welded ears on the base extensions. No bolts are provided. The swivel wheels at the rear did not come with bolts. The total count is 10 nuts and bolts missing. It’s easier to go to the hardware store and get them than it is to deal with sending it back, if any major component was missing it would go back. I thought I was getting a deal. Got a headache instead. Hardware doesn`t completely make sense. The wheels are not all properly sized. One set of castors is smaller than the other which leaves the unit wobbly. The front wheels have no bearings so they just lock up and skid under the slightest load. I only put a couple hundred pounds on this supposed 2 TON lift and it did NOT PERFORM as it should. What a rip off. I guess I will be spending another $60 or so on wheels to try to salvage this fiasco ... show more

This is a great product for the value. I added to this purchase plastic end caps on the metal tubing and poly urethane wheels for smooth rolling that doesn't damage the finish on my garage floors.

easy enough to assemble, if you can read german. the instructions are printed in german. figuring out what bolt goes where is tricky there are multiple sizes and i don't speak or read german. once assembled it is a great deal.

Tried to assemble the engine hoist, but one of the pins too big for the hole. The vendor kept sending me manuals and will not provide a pre-paid return labels and stopped replying to my messages. I contacted Amazon and no help.
