They are just what we wanted. We got it to replace the White plastic blinds our toddler couldn't keep his hands off. Our toddler broke all our blinds. There was no privacy anymore, and this was the most affordable solution. We also got the single panels for the living room from the same seller, I believe. We got the black because we wanted it to block the light, too. Putting it up was straightforward. I did these little folds at the creases to give it the natural curtain look, which I saw in another review, and it turned out to be so pretty. You should also overlap it and hammer a pin so no light comes through. During the day, it blocks almost all the sunlight. Now it's tough not to sleep in lol. ... show more

The curtains do black out any light when they are hanging up. But the Velcro strips will not stay stuck to my wall or window frame and they fall down multiple times a day/night. It’s not worth the hassle of keeping them put up. We got these because we weren’t allowed to put holes in the wall or frame for curtains in our rented home. I would not recommend. ... show more
