Fit perfect on my Char Griller 36" flat top with cover, both sides extended, and tank in place. No water leaks and keeps the pollen off. Seems durable, would purchase again for the price if needed. But doesn't show any signs of wearing in the open sun and corners are reinforced, which I like.

The cover came on time. I was really impressed with how thick the material was. Unfortunately, while having a roof put on my house the roofers rested wood with nails face down on top of it. No material will withstand that. Now it has a tear and was only two weeks old. Other than that I love it.
