Longest review I've ever made! I can't say enough good about these! These are very similar to the very expensive name brand. You know the BRAND? These are 1. Very easy to adjust one handed. 2. Secure once adjusted. You cannot adjust out of the holder. So no mishaps! 3. They don't make very much noise during use. I for one can't deal with the clanging rattle!! All three above are issues I had with another version I ordered and quickly returned. Those also cost 160.00 a set. The BPULSE are sold as singles for 70.00. there was a 10.00 coupon when I purchased. So an amazing 120.00 for a set! Without the coupon they are 140.00 a set. So either way a far superior product for less money! The set I returned is the one with a sliding pin adjustment. They are loud unsecure and takes two hands and longer to adjust. I reviewed those too! Customer service is also very responsive and helpful! It's my opinion that dumbbells and a basic adjustable bench is one of the best things for a home workout in a small space. Easy to use, great results in just a couple weeks. Only issue is I think the weight is in kilograms, at least after reading other reviews, so I can never really tell how much weight I'm lifting.
