These really are bright, easy to put up and easy to set up. Unfortunately, after 3 days they no longer turn on. We tried multiple outlets, removed the remote connector piece, etc. They just aren't working anymore. The worst part is that I have to return them to get a refund. I'm unable to contact the seller thanks to Amazon's flawless app design, nor could I contact a human being in customer support to appeal this. So I have to take these down and return these non-functional lights, which is a waste of time and resources. Yay! ... show more

The seller should be banned from Amazon for continuing to sell that without fail doesn’t deliver. I always read reviews but in the hustle of the holidays I did not. BIG mistake! Spent so much time getting them placed just to have them burn out the same day! I bought one strand of the cool white and one of the warm white. The cool white stopped working in under 10 minutes 🙄 the warm white followed and stopped working in just under 2 hours. So disappointing and extremely frustrating especially this time of year. Who has time to redo lights???!!! DO NOT BUY! ... show more

We were excited to get these lights for christmas. We put them up outside. The remote never worked for them but figured that was ok because they also have a manual control on the light strand. They worked great for 5 or so days but then part of the strand quit working. Unlike traditional christmas lights, you can not simply bulb. I would not waste my money on these again. ... show more

Not happy with this purchase as we have had nothing but issues with the remote not working to turn the lights on. Therefore they sit across my fence not being used. I don’t recommend these lights.

    • lights are as expected BUT, they don't come on!!!

I tested these lights before I spent 2 days stringing these lights over 500 feet of fencing and 24 mini trees. When I plugged them in after putting them up, nothing. I read the instructions and unplugged them and plugged them back in then used the remote to turn them on. That worked and the lights looked beautiful. I had them on a timer so that they would turn on at 4:00 AM, just before my 3 year old Great Nephew gets to my house to be babysat. All of the other light on the timer came on, but these ones did not. I went outside and tried unplugging them and plugging them back in again, which is a real pain since they are in a waterproof case to protect the transformer plug in from the elements. They came on and looked beautiful. That night, when all of the other lights came on these ones did NOT. Again, I had to go outside and undo the waterproof box, unplug and plug each string back in, and use the remote to turn each string on. The lights don't come back on if I unplug the extension cord, I have to unplug each light string and use the remote. This has happened every single night and morning for the past 4 days. This whole process is a huge pain and I am EXTREMELY UPSET. I plan on returning them, which requires me to package them up and label them myself. But first, I have to take them down from the 500 foot of fencing and 24 mini trees, roll them on a very small spool and try to get them back in the box they arrived in, which is also very small, before I drive to the UPS store. My advise to anyone looking at buying these lights, DON"T. Buy lights that come on just by plugging them in or light that come on when a timer is used. UPDATE: Seller offered me a refund without having to take the 500+ ft of lights down, but then CHANGED THEIR MIND AND DID NOT GIVE ME THE PROMISED REFUND. Instead I got an email asking me to trouble shoot the lights again, like something has change since the other times I went through the troubleshooting steps. ... show more
