Put together according to instructions, charged for 8-10 hrs, kid only rode for a little bit and it stopped working, tried charging again and still nothing. The lights and sounds worked but would not drive in forward or reverse. Took apart and checked all wires and connections and still nothing. Did return and took to USPS and was told it was $171 for return shipping and return label from seller did not include return cost. Did not ship and contact # for seller did not work. ... show more

My 4 & 6 year old grandchildren really enjoy riding this 4 wheeler. So much so that I purchased a second one to keep-the-peace. I purchased the JoyRider brand for the TRUE 4 wheel drive (4x200W engines), the 24V power, and 110 lbs weight capacity. This enables the toy to be ridden in the yard on grass and up inclines. A fully charged battery provides hours of ride time. I have purchased many battery powered ride-on's for my kids and grandkids and JoyRider (4x200W model) is the first to impress me. I did have an issue with the first ride-on but the seller contacted me through my Amazon account and quickly resolved that issue. I initially contacted Amazon customer service to connect with the seller. Amazon CS was a frustrating experience that provided no help. The seller has informed me the instruction sheet in the shipping box provides a QR Code with their information - so save that for future reference. ... show more

It worked for about a month and half and now only the right side wheels will work. I’ve tried everything to get the left side to fire with no luck. Not a long term investment
