The media could not be loaded. This was really easy to assemble and it looks great. I've been using it nearly every night since I've gotten it and it works amazingly! I am a large man, so it is a snug fit, but that doesn't affect anything. The legs are quite tight for me as my legs swell, but they still (barely) fit. The heat is quite relaxing, and the rollers do a great job of giving a deep massage. The seat bottom could be a little more padded for comfort, but it isn't terrible - I'm not expecting it to be a lazy boy. It does exactly what I bought it for. ... show more

Hi massage chair is great there are only one minor issue the zipper attachment seat cover it’s can’t be zippered so I just decided to saw it instead
