The tablet itself is great. It does not look cheaply made at all. It's easy to use and easy to set up. What I don't like about it is how difficult it is to connect to the keyboard. The mouse connects automatically but it takes multiple tries to get the keyboard connected. I have to unpair it and pair it again and again. Now I'm looking at trying to find a different Bluetooth keyboard. They keyboard is the main reason I ordered this particular model so this is very disappointing. ... show more

Still waiting for my refund it has been at he Amazon facility for 2 days now. I factory reset it before I returned it and this laptop has paired itself with my devices. I'm not very happy about that.

Tablet was very easy to setup, someone with no previous computer or smart phone experience would have had a hard time, because there are no clear instructions and not much help online. The size is great . I bought this for an elderly adult, with no previous experience.
