After only having for a few days, it won’t charge up. Either a problem with the power cord OR the female receiver on the laptop itself. Amazon said I have to go thru the 3rd party seller, so I’m now in wait mode to see what can be done. A damn shame too, it showed a lot of promise until it went kaput… UPDATE: The seller recommended I procure a Toshiba charging cord, and that seems to have fixed the problem. I got this for work, gaming, art, watching things and stuff of that sort and this is my overall review. - The laptop quality is nice and appealing to look at. - It can be bit difficult to set up in the beginning like where it's supposed to pop up a space to make a password and you have to click some buttons and stuff for it to show it which you can find tutorials of it on Google and YouTube of how to fix it and from there it's smooth landing. - It is not a heavy laptop and it is easy to travel with. - The battery life can be iffy. At first it used to last a long time but over the time I've bought it I've noticed it dies in like 2-3hrs even at half brightness. - I do not like the charger this laptop comes with. It acts like it has a short in the cord and I'm hoping to find a better charger for it because it's like having a phone charger that only charges your phone if it's in a certain position and the charger looks cheap and wonky tbh. - The screen size is very nice. - The sound quality is good. - The camera quality is no where near good as a iPhone or LG G8 flat phome camera so if you want to stream I do suggest buying a new higher quality camera and possibly better microphone for it. - This is a Microsoft laptop in other words this runs Xbox and things like that so if you don't have an account you will need to make one for the Microsoft. - It is good for gaming it doesn't do much in terms of lagging. - It has a lot of storage space. I mean I have Sims and other games and it barely takes up 1/6th of the space of storage space. -It has a tab on the thing and QR code so you can contact customer support on WhatsApp. ... show more

It plays all games, except when playing Rust my grandson said he had to turn something down a little (I'm sure gamers know what he means, I don't) but he's playing then all and loved his gift. This laptop is a cheap piece of crap. The charging cord is impossibly short. The battery life is miserable. It literally lasts less than 2 hours at full charge. The number pad is NOT 10-key. It doesn't even have an enter. The / * - + and . are all at the top. I've only had this since November (3 months) and there is a screw on the bottom that unscrews half way -every- day regardless of how many times I screw it back in. The rubber stoppers have all worn off. The touch pad is incredibly insensitive, it may well as not exist. Do not waste your money. ... show more

A nice machine at a good price BUT the out of the box setup failed and locked me out. I don't know what I did, but somehow I got a menu that allowed my to completely reset the install. Now it's working like it should.

I have been in the market for a gaming laptop for a while and the AX16Pro accomplished exactly what I needed it to. It has a stunning resolution, which was a huge upgrade from my previous HP laptop, and the processing speed is much stronger, making it easier to get more work done. I use this as a personal laptop as well as a gaming laptop and it simply handles what my previous laptop couldn’t. It also runs Windows 11 which allowed me to move over my information seamlessly and without any hiccups.
