Pleasantly surprised. Here are my pros: 1. Has very good suction. I have a dog that sheds like crazy and this vac didn't have any problem picking up hairs, dust, etc. 2. We love that function where you can vacuum and mop in the same pass. 3. Good battery life so far. We have about 1800 sq. ft. of hardwood floor and tile and after one pass, the display (see attached pic) showed about 50% battery life remaining. 4. Cordless, light-weight and easy to push-pull. 5. It's almost self-cleaning. Waste and waste water is collected in an attached tank (see attached pic) which is easy to dump. Cons: 1. Better set-up instructions and pictures would have helped. For example, it took a few minutes to see where to insert the power cord (side of charging station). Another example is this comes with an extra filter which I initially thought needed to be inserted somewhere. After tinkering a bit, there already was a filter on top of the waste canister. My wife can't stop telling her friends about this thing. We already had an Ultenic cordless stick vacuum we love, so we were eager to try the vaccum/mop combo. We have hard flooring throughout our house, and the process of having to vacuum and then go around and mop everything has always been a huge hassle. So, having a vacuum and mop in one sounded almost too good to be true. But it works great! Being able to tackle crumbs and sticky messes simultaneously without a bunch of prep and cleanup afterwards is simply wonderful—especially if you have little kids! And it's not just a more convenient replacement for mopping, it does a better job. The spinning brush head cleans much more thoroughly than a mop of Swiffer. Plus, since it sucks the water back up, you're not just pushing around dirty water like with a traditional mop. It's very powerful so there's only a tiny bit of water left on the floor afterward. Which means, after just a few minutes, the floors are dry enough to walk on again. It's also lightweight, cordless, and lives on a charging stand. So you can easily grab it, clean up a little mess, and put it back away, all using just one hand. I can't tell you how nice this has been for cleaning the mess under the table after our one-year-old finishes eating! The last thing I'll mention is that we were surprised at how efficient it was with water usage. We expected we'd have to empty it after each time we mopped the kitchen and dining room, but we are able to go a few days on a single tank of water. This is a great wet/dry vacuum. Very easy to assemble and easy to use. Comes with easy to read instructions. It also comes with a wet liquid you pour in the back. When you use it, it mops and vacuums at the same time. I used this in my house on what I thought was a clean floor, but you can see how dirty the water was that it vacuumed back up. When you power it on, it has a loud voice that speaks, but I had to disable that because it was loud and annoying. Battery lasts more than enough for my whole house. The media could not be loaded. I got this vacuum-mop on the advice of my granddaughter who has two small kids and loves hers. At 83, I thought mopping hardwood floors was a right of passage into senior living. Then I got this Ultenic thingamajig, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer like she said. I finally got rid of my 40 year-old shag carpet in favor of hardwood floors. Little did I know that meant mopping them. I like vacuuming, not mopping. But this little machine vacuums, washes, and mops all at once. Now, I'm not sure how it works (something about smart messes?), but it makes my life easier than a discount bingo night. Plus, there's a button to clean itself, which is a lifesaver considering the last time I wrestled a mop head, I ended up looking like I lost a fight with a wet noodle. Here's the real win for us oldies: it's lightweight and cordless! No more lugging around a bucket of water that weighs more than my schnauzer. Plus, it glides like it's on ice, thanks to the self-propelled brush roller. Now I can chase after my grandkids without worrying about throwing out my back (or the vacuum!). One little tip: don't use fancy soaps with this fella. Apparently, it likes things plain and simple, just like me. But other than that, it's smooth sailing. So, if you're like me and thought mopping was your one-way ticket to a retirement home, think again!     • Nice product with high quality parts
The self cleaning function is great. Clean floors really well in the first use itself. I don’t need to go over a spot multiple times. Very convenient for spills & kitchen mess. Charge goes a long way. Not too heavy to take around in the house. Very nice product.
