DO NOT BUY!!! product does not run applications properly and when you reach out to tech support they are not helpful at all. I even sent my product to them and when I received it back after they said they fixed it. It still had the same issue. They told me I have a one year warranty and that the issue is software related and that software is not covered under the warranty. So I’m out $900 on a laptop that doesn’t work properly. Save your self the frustration and buy something else. DO NOT BUT THIS LAPTOP. VERY FRUSTRATING. Wish I could rate it under 1 star. ... show more

    • What Battery Life?

Sadly, I do not recommend this laptop. I selected this laptop because I wanted the power to future-proof a bit as apps become more complex and resource hungry. It took me awhile to find the Lenovo bloatware that was killing my performance of standard office apps and making my audio crackle like a 1940's radio. The primary culprit was their AI Meeting Maker--which seemed like it might have some utility, but not if it makes the laptop useless. Sadly, the thing I CANNOT FIX... is the BATTERY. I like that it has a charge throttle to preserve battery health by setting a maximum charge limit to ~80% with it being plugged in a lot. That's a good thing. However, if it is charged to 80% and I put it into sleep mode at 5pm and unplug it, then it is usually down to ~7% in the morning. Further, I'm only getting ~5HRS of BATTERY LIFE when using it unplugged. That's a FAR CRY from the 12 hours listed in the description. Overall, after about 3 months, I wound NOT RECOMMEND. ... show more
