This is my first iPad! I have found that I need something like this because my husband has been going through cancer treatments and will be having surgery in the next couple of months. I am very disappointed in the sound. The volume is much less than my older iPad and doesn't seem to have the sound quality either. This really handicaps me for zoom meetings or for listening to a YouTube music video. Otherwise it's typical of the iPads in function, except instead of a nice cool white sharpness, it has sort of a warm white background, which isn't always great in my opinion. Obviously it has a different technology for the screen then the earlier iPad but in many ways I like the earlier iPad screen better. And certainly like the earlier iPad sound better. ... show more

Set up was easy bc I already have an iPhone. I’ve had an iPad 10 years ago but the kids took it over. Received undamaged and it was about 70% charged when received. Be aware that these are delivered by the USPS. The box is too big to go in a regular mailbox. It was left on my front step but I was home to get it, the packaging doesn’t state what’s inside.
