Description

The 11" iPad Pro from Apple, updated from the same one you know and love, steps up from its previous 10.5" design and ditches the Home button for a display that's more screen and less bezel. So far im happy with this iPad. I got the excellent condition. No scratches on the screen and it seems to be holding its charge well. There is a small blue imperfection on the screen when it’s on (see photo) but it’s only notable when the background is black so I can live with it.

The media could not be loaded. So I had purchased a refurbished ipad from this seller about a year ago with the sole purpose of using it for my college classes. I was so excited because I managed to save up the money to upgrade from pen and paper to this beauty. It was working well for the first month and then I noticed it started create lines on the screen out of nowhere and would become unusable for a couple of minutes (keep in mind I’ve never dropped this iPad or even scratched it, I protected this thing with my life). As time went on these little screen freak outs would get worse and last longer than a few minutes but I would put up with it because I would have to pay an absurd amount of money to repair it. Eventually it got to the point where the screen would go completely black and not work again for hours. This video is nothing to compared to now. It’s currently unusable and stuck on this weird line/ black screen forever. I tried talking to the seller and they brushed me off instantly, saying it was no longer their problem. I then contacted Amazon and they just told me to take it up with the seller. I was hesitant to write this review because I’m very supportive of businesses and would never want to shed a bad light, but if anyone is considering buying from these people I wouldn’t recommend.     • USB-C Port Failed, (Probably just a bad apple).

I purchased this for my pursuit of an aviation degree and was very pleased with the overall product. I was able to set it up and it worked properly until two weeks later. I wanted to try out the iPadOS 18 Beta, so, I registered as a developer and updated it. I was able to identify a couple bugs, and the ipad eventually crashed, so I planned to return to the stable ipados 17. This process requires a connection (USB-C) to a PC or Mac device to restore the OS. I booted the iPad into recovery mode, but the PC could not recognize the iPad, so I was unable to downgrade the os. I then tried some other methods to no avail, so I took it to ubreakifix. I initially said I couldn't solve it and it could quite possibly be my PC, but they also couldn't fix it. The one guy I talked to said he was very sure it was the USB-C port especially since it's a refurbished (not new) item. I am very happy with the service provided at both Amazon and ubreakifix, I hope this information helps people with their decision. ... show more
