Product received with adhesive on back and a dirty screen, nothing that couldn’t be easily remedied. We were going to return it though because the wrong color was sent. We decided to keep it since it will be placed in a case anyways. However, when we turned it on there was a white spot on the screen. This was meant to be a gift that would be used primarily for drawing so we will have to send it back. We will request a replacement and update review once received. Update 12/26/22: We received a replacement (with numerous free accessories included) via 2 day shipping. It was delivered to the wrong house (not seller’s fault), but our neighbors were kind enough to bring it to us. We did receive a message from the seller notifying us that, in short, a police report would be filed if it was not located. I do understand that some people try to pull scams with seller’s, but this message was a bit offensive. Anyways, the IPad we received was 100% flawless and our son was so happy to receive it for Christmas. So far, it works wonderfully and we are very pleased to have received such a high quality used product. ... show more

When I first received this iPad, it worked great! Battery life was good, and it responded really well to everything that I asked it to. There was the problem of ghost touching at low battery life, and random touch screen non-responsiveness with full battery, but I figured it was because I got a refurbished device and just dealt with it. About 2 months after I received it, one day the touch screen simply stopped working. Nothing I tried, nothing from the Apple website, nothing from online help sites worked at all. Eventually it reached the point where I can't even access the iPad because I can't enter my passcode. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a refund because it was past the deadline to sent it back to this seller. My only option with Apple is to trade it in; they won't give me any money for it either. Essentially it is now a dead device. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product, in that I was only able to use it for two months before it completely shut down on me. Please have caution when purchasing from this seller if you choose to do so. ... show more

Received the ipad very quickly but after doing the updates it wouldn't restart. Very easy return process and they reached out to see what they could do to make up for our issues. Would definitely order from them again.

I ended up getting this so I can teach my music classes without a binder and it’s been such a great tool! The seller ended up sending a great product with minimal signs of wear. Once I paired this with a life proof case I now have the peace of mind to keep it for a long time. Thank you.
