When I first received this iPad, it worked great! Battery life was good, and it responded really well to everything that I asked it to. There was the problem of ghost touching at low battery life, and random touch screen non-responsiveness with full battery, but I figured it was because I got a refurbished device and just dealt with it. About 2 months after I received it, one day the touch screen simply stopped working. Nothing I tried, nothing from the Apple website, nothing from online help sites worked at all. Eventually it reached the point where I can't even access the iPad because I can't enter my passcode. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a refund because it was past the deadline to sent it back to this seller. My only option with Apple is to trade it in; they won't give me any money for it either. Essentially it is now a dead device. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product, in that I was only able to use it for two months before it completely shut down on me. Please have caution when purchasing from this seller if you choose to do so. ... show more

Enjoying Apple iPad Pro (2gen) as best of both worlds between iphone & Mac book pro. Larger display than iphone & more portable than Mac book. Operating System same look & feel across all platforms. Good choice for your 1st iPad as gen 2 less expensive than newer versions. Recommend choosing 256GB storage (or more). Critique: this version/generation only has 4GB RAM and I feel performance suffers somewhat. 16 GB RAM should speed things up considerably.
