    • Died within 2 months of purchase
When I first received this iPad, it worked great! Battery life was good, and it responded really well to everything that I asked it to. There was the problem of ghost touching at low battery life, and random touch screen non-responsiveness with full battery, but I figured it was because I got a refurbished device and just dealt with it. About 2 months after I received it, one day the touch screen simply stopped working. Nothing I tried, nothing from the Apple website, nothing from online help sites worked at all. Eventually it reached the point where I can't even access the iPad because I can't enter my passcode. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a refund because it was past the deadline to sent it back to this seller. My only option with Apple is to trade it in; they won't give me any money for it either. Essentially it is now a dead device. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product, in that I was only able to use it for two months before it completely shut down on me. Please have caution when purchasing from this seller if you choose to do so. ... show more

Bought an iPad Pro when they first came out to replace a smaller iPad. I really like the larger presentation so in my old iPad bro gave out I bought this one refurbished. It’s unblemished and works perfectly and it’s an iPad Pro what’s left to say.

    • Does just what it's supposed to do.
Good size. Nice bright screen. Lots of storage. Reasonably fast. This is a first-generation iPad Pro, so it's limited as to the IOS version. That said, it does everything I want it to do and more and the price was good. Very happy with it.
