Had an issue with first box bcuz it had been opened and only 1 strand of lights was in the box. I contacted seller and they shipped out another box immediately and it was at my house the very next day. Customer service is top notch and very helpful. More companies need to have customer service like they have. Will definitely recommend them to everyone i know. At first I was disappointed because you can’t set every other light a different color for some reason. I’ve seen other permanent LED outdoor lights with that configuration. I’m also not completely happy with the style options in the app. I see two color options and 7 color options. Why not 3 color options? However, I do like how they look. I was able to have a green and red cross fade for Christmas and have a pinkish purple hue set now for Valentine’s Day. I was able to get the scheduler working in app and love seeing them on when I get home from work. Installation wasn’t bad. I think they should have two screws instead of one. A few of them I couldn’t get screw to line up on wood of eave. Many of them I was able to rotate it but not every one. Some I just had to pull tight and secure next light. Scuffed knuckles on brick screwing them down but not a problem. Overall I’m mostly satisfied with these. ... show more

    • Returned - Don't waste time or money

I really had high hopes for these lights. They worked great when we plugged them in right out of the box, but after paying $500 to have them installed, we suddenly learned that they are not that bright and unless you are standing right in front of them, you can hardly see the lights. Also, you are not able to connect 2 sets together. Having saved thousands of dollars, we thought that this would be a good solution, and we could deal with have multiple remotes and a light glow around the house, but then after just a week 1/2 of the lights stopped working. So we had to spend another $300 to have them taken down. Thankfully, we were able to return them, but this was an $800 mistake! ... show more

We received the lights opened up turned them on and because of how they are all bundled up you couldn’t see bulbs not working so my husband got all of them hung in the daylight and when it was dark 4 bulbs were not working correctly. I wish that you could replace that one bulb but company wants us to take them down and return for new ones or for a refund but it took an entire day to hang them wish they would make some you could replace the one when it goes bad. so disappointing that’s why I give it 3 stars ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We had been looking for some permanent lights to put up this year for Christmas. We took reviews and price into consideration and decided to purchase these. We ordered the 300 foot package. Each light comes with a super sticky backing and hole on each light to be able to use the screws provided for extra support. I will say it was a really easy installation process and it connects anywhere you have a plug. The glue is very strong so you need to make sure you have it in the correct spot before pressing down or you won’t be able to get it to move. The overall look and brightness of the lights is amazing. We have had them up for about a month now and They seem to be functional with no issues. The only downside I can say is the app is alittle hard to navigate and there isn’t very many options for color changing and flashing. But would recommend to anyone looking for permanent outdoor lighting ... show more
