I got one of these at an auction for cheap and was so impressed and how quiet and how well it worked that I bought another one. Definitely worth the price. It’s small but pulls moisture pretty good. The collection bucket is pretty small so I suggest using the drain hose if possible

    • 1500 ft models is what people should aim for in small/mid size apartments as their base
If you're someone that is looking to get a dehumidifier for a small space. I would say that you should start with these kind of models and work your way upwards. The most important thing about dehumidifiers is not the advertised amount of space it can work with, but how much water can it actually pull out of the environment. When you get into units that are advertised to work for a much smaller space, the problem that you will run into is that the unit is simply not capable of adding any significant difference of moisture to your home, even if the space is miles below what the advertised amount of space they cover is. Another unit that I have has the capability to pull around 24oz of water out of the air in a 24 hour timezone, which this unit can pull 422 oz. This unit is 40 dollars more than that other unit. Furthermore, for 10 dollars more, you can get a unit that pulls 30 pints out of the air with a 2000 ft model, with some caviats that you should consider. At least from using this unit for the past couple of weeks, I like the fact that this unit is really easy to manuver around and pick up. The wheels on the bottom make it easy to be able to pull around wherever you want it to go, and it's pretty light in comparison to some of the other units on the market. The dryer mode for clothes also works pretty well as long as the clothes are not soaking wet, it will dry out the clothes in the time that it gives out. You have to make sure though to place the clothes into a small space, or it'll take longer to dry as it's in a much wider space. It will make the room warmer when using the drying mode. I haven't noticed this in the other modes, but I'd assume this to be true for those modes as well since the unit is pulling moisture out of the air while also using a small amount of heat when it's in operation. The only draw back is the storage capacity of the internal unit if you don't use a draining hose. It holds around 3 Gallons, which sounds like a lot, but you'll be emptying this multiple times a day if you're using this in a space with a lot of moisture. Now the unit does not recommend using the draining hose into any containers, but the reason why is because if you keep the bucket on the same level as the unit, it won't drain into the bucket because the water needs to fall through gravity. I have a 5 gallon container that I have around for my rowing machine to fill it up every now and again, and what I've done is place the container on a level below where the humidifier is located. You want to make sure however you set up the washer that the hose is able to naturally let the water fall into your bucket, or it'll just default to using the internal bucket instead. Overall, I'd say for the price to performance this is a great unit. If you have good airflow in the room it will get your humidity down to 45%, but without any good airflow it'll be harder for it to drop to those levels, as I've only gotten down to a bit below 50% otherwise with a poorly ventilated apartment. This is also a fantastic unit to save a bit of money to help dry your clothes in an enclosed space. ... show more

    • Small but works good and is very quiet.
I purchased this dehumidifier because it was relatively inexpensive and 1500 Sq ft was what I was looking for. I needed something for my basement bedroom. It is very compact in size but still pulls plenty of humidity from the air. I love this unit because it gets the job done and is still very quiet. It has auto shutoff when full and is super user friendly. I couldn't ask for more from a dehumidifier this quiet and this size. I recommend this to anyone in the market for a small quiet dehumidifier. I give it five stars, it works wonderfully. ... show more

    • Quiet and reliable
Replaced an old, large and loud basement dehumidifier with this small unit. I found it is quiet and pulls enough humidity from the air so the basement doesn't get that musty smell. First season of use was great.

    • Nice bang for the buck
Impressive performance at a low noise level and relatively small gadget. The only downside is the water collector which is small (definitely not 22 pint). But does good job for a space of around 1075 sqft in north FL where everyone knows humidity is a reality.

    • Worked like a charm
We were having issues for months with rainwater that kept getting into our basement. Nothing had consistently worked, not fans or drying manually or keeping doors open. We ordered the Aiusevo dehumidifier and saw immediate progress. Within less than a week of usage, our basement was significantly drier, and has stayed that way. Virtually all of the water that had been there has been dried up, and the humidity levels are noticeably lower. Very easy to use, very mobile, does a wonderful job of lowering the humidity levels as well. A very conveniently-sized machine that's gone above and beyond in clearing up something that was an aggravation for us. Also very easy to assemble and use - instructions are clear and the setup is simple. There is also no problem with noise either - you barely know it's there or running. Highly recommended for anyone who has water issues in a room, or needs to lower humidity levels. Looking forward to continued efficient usage.     • Works OK, auto shut off inconsistent
Not sure if it is an issue with my unit, but it won't shut off when humidity drops below my setting. If I turn it off and back on, it won't come on when below, but won't auto shut off (at least that i have noticed). Seems to work ok, but can't get humidity below low 50's in my walled off basement room. Update: Just witnessed the unit shutting off automatically. Before that, I would set it for higher than current number and it would keep running (ex. set for 55 and the unit is still running at 52 or 53). Unsure if I have an issue or not. ... show more
