I get a lot of leaves where I live. I hoped this would make my life easier it has not unfortunately. I wouldn't suggest if you have many trees by pool. If you have a couple trees I think this would work for you.

CAUTION! This MAY or MAY NOT be what you want! THIS leaf cover DOES NOT have an edge binding, like it shows in to picture. It DOES seem to be a good quality, the hole size when stretched out appears to be roughly a half inch - I didn't measure it, and I was hurriedly putting it down in the dusk before the drizzle of rain became a torrent. My purpose in this purchase was to cover a large graveled area directly under two maple trees that will be dropping leaves very soon and this seems like a real Work Saver when I try to keep the leaves from sifting down into the gravel come spring. This WILL work for my application, I'll just borrow a rock from the landscaping to weight the corners down. The reason I give it 3-Stars is because I DID WANT an edge binding so I could tie it in place. ... show more

Saying this is 23x42.5 feet is literally a stretch. It is far longer, than it is wide. I can’t even keep it from falling in the water of a 20 foot wide pool. It goes the 40 foot length no problem. It will not stretch enough to get across though. It would need something heavy to hold it down, every foot. There should be 1.5 feet extra on each side. Kinda defeats the purpose of making caring for the pool easier. ... show more
