Good frame geo. Basic components but easy to upgrade. I ended up switching to trigger shifter and the kid likes that a lot better. Also put on shorter crank arms to be on a bigger bike sooner and its perfect. Plastic headset is junk but again easy to upgrade.

If your looking for a mountain bike that is affordable and upgradable this is the one. Changed the brakes two four piston on with ease. And all other parts are extremely versatile. Only issue is the weight which is expected from a bike this affordable.
