I was in love with these boots and thrilled with them until they completely fell apart 3 months into me wearing/owning them. Style A+, SO cute! Checked every box for me. Once broken in we’re comfortable. True to size. Something that bugged me early on was the x- large seam in the boots where the rubber heel met the sole and attached. I had a feeling this would be an issue, but was hoping that issue would be at least a year down the line not 3 months in! Another issue I discovered was when I went to clean my boots. I spilled coffee, got a few drops on my boots grabbed a damp paper towel to wipe off the coffee so I didn’t have a sticky mess. The paper towel was black! Just by using a damp paper towel with water a layer of shine and color was removed from the top of my boot. There was a clear difference from left boot to right. Obviously the manufacturer of these boots used a cheap dye that wiped away instantly with water. I then had to clean both boots so they matched. Was shocked at how much black colorant/dye came off the boots! They went from a nice rich black color to a DULL dark gray. I loved the boots so much that I decided to buy black polish to spiff them back up and just kept them. Should have returned them, wish I knew they would completely fall apart shortly after that. Entire sole gave way detached from heel. Buckle fell off and broke on left boot, rubber split as I had suspected it would, and the cheap foam liner insoles disintegrated making the boots very uncomfortable. Now for the price I would expect mid quality, I have purchased boots at a much cheaper price and they at least held up for a year and more. Yes the boots are so cute and totally my style, but the quality is POOR and created more of a hassle for me having to buy new insoles, gluing the heel, and weekly polishing to retain any semblance of color. Cannot recommend. I would also like to mention I only wore the boots 2-3 times a week since I wanted them to last longer. The boots had light use, even with light use they fell apart. I’m more than happy to send these boots back to the manufacturer so they can perform quality control on these boots. Did I get a bad batch? Reviews were mixed from what I read. I love these! They look so good with some leggings. They are comfortable unless you have to stand up a long time, like an hour or more. Really rich looking. Great investment.

The brown pair definitely looks like someone tried them on and returned them. There are small scuffs on the inside portion of the foot and on the toe areas. There were also a few spots on one of them, which looked like something maybe splashed on it. Plus the hardware wasn't wrapped in tissue like the black pair I bought was. Not damaged enough for me to deal with returning them or have them replaced, but annoying enough to mention in my review... Overall these are nice and fit pretty well. I went a half size bigger than my normal fit so I can add a gel insert, which is good because they are pretty firm. They also seem to be a decent quality overall, so I'm hoping they last with frequent use! ... show more

You're going to get lots of compliments wearing these boots ... too cute! I am all about comfort and rarely wear anything but sneakers so I was a little hesitant about this purchase, but I'm so glad I took the chance and ordered them. They fit perfectly, are actually comfortable enough to wear without my feet complaining, not so high that I feel like I'm going to fall over, while still giving me a little height. I don't wear them a lot, I'm a bit of a shoe hound; but when I do, I love them and always get compliments. I wear a 10 in sneakers but order a 9.5 in all other shoes and they fit perfectly. ... show more

I loved these when I first got them; they fit well, were comfy, and were cute. However, a little more than a year later, the soles are ripping/breaking apart and the inside of the shoe is collapsing because of it.
