Love these cowboy boots they are amazing, comfortable, cute and true to size. I'm a 9 wide and fit great. Real leather so snug at first but mold to your foot easily. I will where these in the winter to cause they can handle it.

These are great boots, they exceeded my expectations. Honestly, they are well worth the money and I would have paid more. I've got large calves and finding boots to fit has always been difficult. I was very pleasantly surprised with the fatbaby boots, they fit perfectly. The toe box is roomy without being too loose, the width is great, arch support right on the mark, and they fit well around my calves. A well thought out design and it shows. I've never put on a pair of boots straight out of the box that fit so well and were so very comfortable. There were snug but not uncomfortably so for about 30 minutes then they fit wonderfully. Also, I really love the look of these boots but it does have some pink stitching that doesn't really show in the photos. I have nothing negative to say about these boots, I'm thrilled with this purchase and will without a doubt purchase these again. ... show more

Boots that are cute and comfortable! I'm a teacher and have worn these all day at work (on my feet and lots of walking). I never had to break them in either. They were perfect from day one. I get lots of compliments on them too.

Ariat always makes a quality product. This is my second pair. My first are at least 4 years old and have been through hell, puppy chewing the tops and being used as a heavy duty work boot, but they still look OK and feel great. I just wanted another pair that looked good for casual dress. I get a lot of compliments and many members of my family and friends are now owners of Ariat Fat Baby II boots. My only caveat is they do run slightly big. I always order a half size down and the fit is perfect. They feel good from the moment you put them on right out of the box. There is no breaking in period. You can walk all day in these boots. ... show more

I have owned about 7-8 pairs of this exact shoe. I work in a production environment, and this is the shoe I buy every year. Comfortable, durable, and can be worn with just about every outfit. I have noticed a couple things about the last couple pairs I have owned. They normally last me about a year, year and a half without any issues as long as I put waterproofer on them every couple months. However, the insoles on my last two pairs wore out within four months, so I had to buy insoles to put in them. Not a big deal, just feels like breaking in a new pair of shoes again the first couple days. They didn't used to wear out like that in the past, so not sure if they are made of a cheaper material in the last two pairs I have owned. Secondly, my pair last year split across the bottom when they were just under a year old. They have never worn out that fast. Maybe I'm doing more walking than I used to, maybe it's different material on the sole, I don't know. As an almost daily worn shoe that gets exposed to the elements though, pretty good for the price to get a year out of them. ... show more

Fatbaby boots have very wide toes ~ that's why they're called FATbabies. They don't fit like regular western boots and take a little getting used to wearing. (I felt like a clumsy, web-footed duck at first when I walked with them.) I bought them because I needed a pair of low boots that would be easy to get on & off without sitting down. These fit the bill. I need more arch support that can be found in most boots, so I took out the insoles to add orthotics & put the insoles back on top of the orthotics. The roomy toebox allowed room for my feet after doing that (which my regular Ariats don't). And, even though the toebox is wide, my heels don't slip around much at all. I'm very satisfied with these ~ just needed to learn to walk in them! ... show more

I was looking for an all-leather boot that had a solid “cowgirl look” but a box toe and not tight on the calves. I have thick calves and a lot of boots are just too tight on my calves and toes. I also dance like crazy (to EDM usually but also country sometimes lol) and needed a boot that would never hurt my toes. These are so perfect! For reference, I love Doc Martin boots and the toe-openness with these is similar. These took a bit of work to get on and over my heel, but once they’re on, they’re sooooo comfy. I have not worn these out yet, but I can already tell that they won’t need a lot of breaking in. I feel these are true to size. I am usually a 9 or a 9.5 and I got the 9.5, which fit great. The heel slips a tiny bit, but I don’t mind that. I might look into an insert because arch support is not great, but I’m ok without one too.
