I love these boots, but like many other people, I struggled to get my feet into them. Once I got my feet into them, they fit perfectly. I went to the UGG website to check and see if maybe I needed to size up, and they recommended using a shoehorn if you had difficulties, so I purchased one from Amazon. It was relatively inexpensive. The first time I used it with my new boots, my feet slid into the boots with no difficulty! If you love the boots and are having difficulty putting them on, buy a shoehorn. It made all the difference for me, and because I can slide them on easily now I will not be returning them. I love them - they are so soft, cute, and they fit perfectly! ... show more

So glad I ended up ordering these instead of settling for a pair I didn’t like as much at DSW. I was nervous about ordering them because of fakes and knock offs, but these are definitely authentic UGGs. They came very well packaged with all of the tags and stickers. The style is SO cute. I really love the ankle height and the low heel height. The price point is a little high, I will admit. But the inside sheep fur is so comfortable and they feel very well made and comfortable. I loved these, I went with a size up since they didn’t have half sizes and it fit perfectly! If you’re a half size I would 100% size up instead of down. They’re very comfortable and I enjoy wearing them a lot, although, if waters gets on them it will stain! Make sure you have the UGG cleaning kit just incase that happens. They’re pretty lightweight and really easy to style as well, I definitely enjoy the performance of these, they work well for everyday and are quite durable. Also, your feet won’t be overly hot but it’s the perfect amount of warmth to make sure you don’t feel cold, I prefer to use socks with them as well. Overall, I’d say they’re worth the money, it’s a little pricey but the value and quality your get for the money is pretty good and it’s a great staple in my closet. ... show more

I would say size up one size if you have wide feet, these are narrow fitting. My daughter wears 8.5 and size 9 in these fit her perfectly. I normally wear size 9 but would have to size up to a 10 if I were to order because I have wide feet.
