I got these chargers for a trip to NYC with my niece at Christmas. My phone is older and the battery dies pretty fast. I tried them out for a few weeks around the house and they worked fine. The bus had outlets to charge phones, but these came in really handy when we were out and about in New York. At one point, I didn't realize how low my battery was while waiting to get into a show that uses mobile tickets. My battery died in line! I was able to recharge fairly quickly to get the tickets back up and get into the show. The phone recharged while we were watching and I still had juice left for later.     • Charged my Z Fold 4 phone 70% of capacity
I just updated my review and I have just ordered an additional two packs of these power banks. I am super impressed. Not only do they charge the phone to 70% capacity but they allow pass through charging. This means that you can charge the power bank and the phone simultaneously using one cable. Because this power bank has the USB female connector on the side and the USB male connector in the middle you can plug the power bank into the phone and then plug the power cable into the power bank and charge both at the same time. This is a huge benefit. Some of the plug-in power banks have the input socket immediately adjacent to the male USB C plug. With this configuration you cannot charge the phone and the power bank at the same time. With this power bank, you can plug the power bank into the phone then plug your charger into the power bank and put it on a charge at bedtime and when you wake up they both are fully charged. I've also gotten used to leaving the charger attached and to be honest, I don't notice much usage difference. The phone feels just as light and compact with the power bank attached as it does without it. In some instances, particularly taking photographs, it actually stabilizes the phone because I hold it by the power bank on one end and the phone on the other end. That is why I purchased an additional two packs (four) of these. These are actually great little portable power banks. They snap onto the phone and you can carry and use the phone normally with the power bank attached quite easily. They are lightweight and they work and feel better than having a 10,000 mAh power bank tethered with a cord. I did a test by first fully charging the power bank. Then I let my Galaxy Z Fold 4 run down to 25% and attached the fully charged power bank. It charges a little bit faster than 1% per minute. In 30 minutes the charge went from 25% to 60%. It charged the phone up to 96% before the power bank died. The phone was off during the charging so that I could measure the rate of charge without the consideration of any apps or processes running on the phone that drain the battery. Thus, you can get roughly 3,000 mah of equivalent battery power from a fully charged power bank. My phone has a 4,400 mah battery and charging 70% that's roughly 3,000 milliamp hours. The dual pack is really perfect as two of these would give you roughly one and a half full battery charges. I highly recommend this unit because it charges the phone decently and the in use attachment is much better than a larger power bank with a cord. ... show more

    • GOOD PORTABLE CHARGER
This is a very nice charger. It is small and plugs in nice and snug. It is easy to handle with your phone as it plugs at the bottom and you aren't messing with a cord to a big block charger.

    • Mostly awesome, with one relatively minor fault
I love this little charger. It's lightweight and small, so I can carry it in my purse. It charges up really quickly, and also charges your device super fast. The downside? If you have an Otterbox, which we do, that little plug in that goes in your android's charging port is not going to be long enough! You have to completely undress your phone's protective shell, until it is down to the way you last saw it at the phone store, and then plug in your charger. This was a new experience for me, but it's pretty livable, so long as you don't then drop your phone on the concrete, or lose the parts of your disembodied Otterbox. ... show more

    • Is not a quick-charge, and Is an additional power source
When I purchased, I though this would quickly recharge my phone, which it doesn't. It is an additional source of power for your phone when it's running low and will slowly recharge your phone (to a certain extent). The batteries seem to work best if you plug your phone in at around the 30% battery usage mark. They have a much harder time if you wait until your battery is below 15%. I waited till my phone died one time and it took about 15 minutes to get it up to 6% and would come back on. They come 2 to a pack and are very handy and worth having. ... show more

Takes a few hours to charge, heats up to 170+ degrees. Charges my phone pretty quickly, but wont get it to full charge. If I charge the charger up and leave it for a few days, it loses most of its charge, so don't plan to let this sit for a few weeks and then be your life saver when you need it.

Great little power banks. I can recharge my phone anywhere, any time...and not be tethered to a cord. It charges quickly enough to keep my phone boosted to a "safe" level. Having the two-pack is especially handy!
