Took me 5 hours to assemble. Great if you don’t want to spend over $100. Cushions have good foam/filling and are comfortable but material is not the best… cheap and also very slippery. It just slides off the base way too easily. I guess that’s why you save. The wicker armless sofa looks very nice on my deck. It went together fairly easy, even though there were no instructions. There also were no tools, but I have my own. As far as comfort goes, it's mixed. Some people will find it very comfortable but others might find it too low. Also, I am concerned about how it will hold up with someone who is heavy. The cushions are made well out of quality material. The structural materials are good quality also, except for the feet of the chairs, which are hard plastic and do not seem to be secured very well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I needed to modify 8 washers in order to get the feet secured properly. During my first assembly, the bolts that hold the feet to the frame went straight through the plastic feet after a little bit of pressure was applied to tighten them down. I had to get 8 additional washers and grind down two sides so they would fit in the holes and prevent the bolts from going through. Now it's solid and works very well. If you don't do this the feet will eventually loosen and slide right off the bolts, or break the plastic feet. Now that I have it completed, it looks great, is comfortable and I'm very happy with it. I highly recommend the manufacturer to provide washers to keep the bolts from sliding through the feet. Without that, you will have unhappy customers and returns. Other than that small, but major issue, assembly was easy and took about 20 minutes per chair. I'm not counting the additional 30 minutes it took me to find and grind 8 washers in my garage. ... show more
