I had high hopes for this rice cooker. Especially since it's very low profile, and has a small footprint, perfect for small kitchens. I purchased this in January, and it arrived promptly. It's nice, stylish and very compact. First few uses, it was great. It's not messy like someone mentioned; it cooks rice properly. All good things.. Now comes the BAD! IT STOPPED WORKING, and I've only had it for 3 MONTHS and only used this less than a dozen times. It doesn't warm up, the light doesn't work. No clue what is going on. Safe to say, Im very annoyed! One, I must humble myself and admit to my husband that I should have just listened to him and bought the freaking expensive, well-known Asian brand. TWO Im hungry, and for once, Im craving rice and can't make any. I also don't have any small enough cookware to make 1 cup of the rice properly. The media could not be loaded. I was moving alone and didn't bring any of my old pots with me. So I was looking for something inexpensive to help me make quick meals while I decided on new pots. I had no high hopes for this really, but boy was I wrong! On my first try, I missed a couple of ingredients. Still, it came out exactly the same as if I had made it in a pot! It only took me 10 steps less than usual! Put your rice in, add water and extra ingredients, close it, press cook and BAM! It will shut itself off in 28 minutes and switch to warm to keep your food warm! I love that because sometimes I get distracted and forget I'm cooking. I also tried pasta in this thing... GAMECHANGER! This is small, but it allows me to make enough for 2 full meals, so I can save some for later. Also... it's super CUTE & CHIC and easy to clean! ✨ There's no doubt this will become a permanent appliance in my apartment! Also, I love that it comes with a sturdy plastic measuring cup and spoon. Bought 2 of these and they both stopped working within 5 months . Dissapointed because they were so cute . Edit: The seller was kind enough to replace the rice cooker for me . Hoping I have a better experience as these rice cookers were my favorite .

I LOVE THIS LITTLE RICE COOKER!!! Such a cute little rice pot, with the little lid stoppers, the paddle, the measuring cup… it’s gorgeous! Cooking for one means I don’t have use for a normal sized rice cooker, and being so particular about aesthetics means I don’t like the way most of them look! But this little pot is a dream.
