The media could not be loaded. Update: I’ve had this less than a week I believe. The battery died just before finishing off my 3-gallon jug. (Keep this in mind if using bigger jugs). Also, the spout area.. the white piece keeps snapping off, and when trying to insert the metal spout the white piece snaps off from the downward pushing. So happy to have this. I’ve wanted one for a year, but originally I was never happy with the price of the ones available. Maybe 30$ is reasonable, but I just couldn’t justify it with how chaotic my life was back then. I ended up buying the manual pump, but the nosel broke and so I had no method of directing the water. It just sprayed everywhere and I had to be careful. Finding this for such a low and fair price was amazing and worth the wait. It comes with everything needed! Another reason I didn’t want to buy other ones. The cost would be well over 40$ by the time you bought the silicone pieces for them. This is amazing and I’m so happy to finally have an electric pump. Good dispenser I would say, value for money its offered. I am using the primo bottles and it fits. Better than traditional pump as it dispenses the whole water from bottle. with single charge it was able to dispense over 20 gallon of water so quite good here. 2 things goes negative about it - 1. water dispensing volume is low but still okay. 2. the sound - when bottle is full it makes less sound but them with bottle being emptied the sound increases. ... show more

I recently picked up this portable water dispenser for my home since we use a lot of 5-gallon water jugs. I’m often the one stuck lifting the heavy jugs onto the cooler, so I thought I’d give this automatic pump a try. Let me just say, it’s been a real timesaver. I just took this on vacation and it was very useful for not having to handle our big water jug to refill our water bottles! It comes with a silicone piece that makes it fit pretty well even on different kinds of jugs - I used it on my 6gal jug that is the gas can style and it wasn't strictly a perfect fit, but it definitely worked. I discovered that it has an automatic shutoff after dispensing approximately 1/3 gallon of water, so that is good to know that it won't run infinitely if accidentally turned on! It's also easy to get water out of the unit by turning it upside down and letting gravity drain it out. The battery life seems pretty good, we didn't need to recharge it over the 4 days we were using it, but we also weren't using it super frequently so it's hard to say how long it lasts when used a lot. It didn't come with very detailed instructions, but there's not a lot to it so it was pretty easy to figure out. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This thing so far works okay. However, if you look at the description on the listing and the instruction manual, I didn't know what to do with the small white plastic piece that's in the bag. So, I assumed the small plastic thing goes on the other end of the silicone hose. Moreover, I am not sure why the silicone hose has a wedge cut on both ends either? Initially setup, I charged the dispenser until the red light went out. Make sure to wash all components except the dispenser. For my testing, I used a 5 gallon water bottle. As you can see from the picture, I did not push the dispenser all the way in because I was afraid I would not be able to pull it back out when empty. The dispenser has a pretty snug fit on the water bottle and as you can see from the video it functions properly. I just wish the instructions were a little clearer and at first I thought the silicone hose wouldn't be long enough to accommodate a 5 gallon jug, but it worked out. This thing is supposed to have a 2-year warranty, so time will tell how long it is going to last. I will update my review as I have more experience with it. ... show more
