I have a 19" rack to support my Eurorack habit, but cable management can be a real pain when you're trying to stay in a creative groove. I saw this 1U brush slot and was curiuous if the brushes would be stiff enough to hold a patch cable in place temporarily as I reconfigure my modular and semimodular synthesizers. Works like a charm!     • Easy to use Brush Plate with included cable management.
This was fantastic to use to clean up some of the bulkier cables, C13's, DAC, DisplayPort, and BNC, that can't always go through a patch panel. The included management bar is nice to add zip ties and anchor some of the more stubborn cables down.

    • I really like the front of this brush panel, not a fan of the back side
Things I like: The brush panel helps to tidy up the front of my rack, allowing wires to exit the rack while keeping the organized appearance up. It also has the added bonus of allowing me to reach inside to press the button on my Hue hub to sync it to devices. But, this is where the problem I have with this panel is. It has a “shelf” on the backside that caused me to have to install it upside down to be able to do said button pushing. This is a minor gripe, so I am not taking any stars away, I just wish they had made it an optional thing, or have a cutout in the middle of the “shelf” like many other panels have. ... show more

    • Correct size and the metal is good and sturdy, aligns to rack holes and comes with cage nuts/screws
It's exactly as described, nice brush cover for cabling with slots to hold cables in position behind the brush. The metal on this is good, it isn't easily bending and doesn't seem cheap, like some other rack-mount pieces I've found here.     • Blanks be gone!
This is much better than the blank spot I had in its place. I recommend that you rotate it to have the wires rubbing on the side that is not the base of the bristles as then it won't be obvious it is coming through. Happy to have this to make things look better

This was the perfect addition to my server rack to keep cables organized and neat. This is much better than just leaving a blank space in the rack to pass cables through. The plate is well made and should hold up to long term use. Price is fair.
