My drivers side strut has been making a rattle. Took it into 4 Wheel Parts and they said that the shaft went through the rubber on the strut mount. Trying to contact SZZKPART to see if the strut mount is "factory style" or specific to their brand so they can order a replacement but this is like pulling teeth. I'm probably going to just order a higher rated strut from someone else ... show more

Wish I could give 0 stars to be honest. We purchased these in Dec 2023, by March 2024 the product failed. They never registered correctly with my vehicle but we chalked that up to not being an OEM part, but then we contacted them for a warranty replacement because both have already failed and we exchanged messages with them and sent the photos they requested and have since responded asking for an update and they won’t respond.
