So I have a tangle of power cables around my crafting area and constantly unplugging my power adapter and plugging it in when I am using this machine upstairs was getting a bit tedious. My solution, a second power supply so I only have to move the machine. And this baby does the trick perfectly. It's actually a bit smaller than my original supply but works just as well. I've done several cuts with the machine on this supply and have had zero issues so far. Not only is it worth it to have an extra supply if you want your machine to be mobile, but just in case you ever have an issue with your original power supply, its nice to have a backup so you can keep cranking out projects with minimal down time. Unfortunately the two chargers don’t connect. I can get the charging port for the cricut into the cricut, but not the outlet charger into the cricut charger.

My Cricut sits in the only place it fits and most of the time that works just fine. But every now and then for large projects I wish I could move it to the floor for easier use. Unfortunately, the power cord goes behind and very large and heave piece of furniture, the only outlet that reaches, so it's too much to unplug the power cord to move the Cricut. Problem solved! With this backup power cord, I can unplug the cord from the Cricut but not from the wall and use the backup power cord wherever I want to. In the picture showing the power cord plugged into the back of my Cricut, the one in my hand is the original and the one plugged into the machine is the backup, the one I'm reviewing. It fits perfectly! This extra power cord will make my occasional super large projects that require large mats multiple times much easier! I couldn't be happier with this! ... show more

Great fit perfectly. I wanted another cord so I can use it for my laptop. It worked I didn’t want of have to dig out the plug. I just unplugged from machine plugged this in and into my laptop. Worked great.
