Purchased the 9000 BTU for an outbuilding office/shed. Easy install with just a bit of pro assistance vacuuming the lines. The unit is very quiet, and sips electricity; when it is running, it uses about 200-400 watts.

Now for the heat pump, I am thrilled. The 24k btu does a decent job cooling a 1500sqft contractor bay over night. I knew it was very undersized for the space, but knew spikes on really hot days was ok in my shop. The dehumidification that takes place when the AC is running is so incredible that even 80F is now a comfortable working environment with such low humidity. The cooling also works so well i got a 2nd unit just to keep up cooling when the sun baking the exterior concrete brick walls.Very quiet. Slight vibration on the outside unit, You will be so happy you will likely want to install another, and you will be glad you got the pump. ... show more

Bought this for my 1350 Square Foot finished basement. This unit provides AC, Heat and dehumidifying which is exactly what I needed. After a month or more of use, it admirably provides all of that and does so efficiently and quietly!
