Received this charger on July 10th, 2024. It partially worked once, then failed to recharge, and the fan did not work. As the 30-day Amazon return/exchange period has expired, that doesn't apply. However, this seller cares more about its customer's satisfaction rather than a 30-day rule and profits. The seller has agreed to send me a new charger. I’ve had my charger for 1 month now, and it is charging up my ol’ 99 48v ClubCar like a dream, super quickly. I was dreading the fact of finding one to replace the old brick charger that was original to the cart, because I thought them to be expensive ($300-$400), but I ask some buddies who have gold carts, and they pointed me towards this specific one with praises attached, so I got it; I couldn’t be happier with the price, the speed, and the quality of the device. Received this charger June 21st, 2024. Worked fine throughout most of July, then failed to recharge and fan not working. A different, older charger works fine. As the 30-day Amazon return/exchange period has expired that doesn't apply. I just want to exchange it for another one but that appears impossible. Now a $120+ doorstop. ... show more

I am writing this review after purchasing for full price via Amazon. In return, I am reviewing this product. I nor any of my family are in any way connected to or work for any associated companies. The 15 Amp 48 Volt Golf Cart Battery Charger for Club Car DS & Precedent, Trickle Charge is a nice attractive product that appears to be well constructed. It arrived on time and in good condition. The surprise is that it has multiple types of connectors; the charging plug for standard charging, & a set of battery alligator clips to connect to the batteries if needed or for charging other 48V batteries. The cables are of ample size to charge effectively but not heavy. The only thing that could have made this better is if there were a carrying/storage case along with the package. ... show more
