I replaced my old LG that started leaking and never fully cooled my enclosed patio. This one is exceptional so far. It's been over 100 for 3 months in Texas. I have 9 floor to ceiling windows. I am very disappointed in this unit. I read many reviews and many were good. Well I did everything the instructions said to do and here I am in 107 degree heat. I was so excited xcited to put an end to the heat. This unit blows not cold. Good fan but it seems as though the refrigerant isn’t working. I bought the 14000 unit should definitely work. I would have reached out but I couldn’t find a phone number to troubleshoot. I need this AC to work!! By the time they solve the problem I will be burned up from the scorching desert heat. Please remedy this quickly. Maybe it’s the compressor. I am very familiar with these units have had many others. My koldfront unit blows cold. Please help maybe it’s defective.
