The media could not be loaded. Great quality and functions well. Still need to figure out how to keep kitty from tracking litter out of the box, but makes cleaning so much easier! I love not having to scoop. Cleaner and less time consuming. I keep taking kitty to it and putting him in it so he knows what it is, but he already used it and we just set it up so that’s a good sign! Already confirmed a cleaning cycle as well! Wish I would have invested in one of these a long time ago. I'll be honest, it wasn't a seamless transition - it did take me a little while to figure out how to connect it to the app (you have to hold the button down a lot longer than you think!) and one of my two cats was very hesitant to use it. But now that we have those things sorted out, it truly feels worth every penny. Quiet, good size, intuitive, app is user friendly and adjustable, etc. Sooooooo much less work for me! My older cat didn't initially take to it (for reference, I got this on the 2nd and she didn't start using it until last night on the 15th), I transitioned in a couple of phases. Had both litterboxes up for about a week (the old in its usual spot), then moved her old litterbox beside the new for a few days, and then took away the old completely (just stored, in case she still didn't care for it). Alas, she used it around 3am last night and again this morning! In the app, it does weigh them when they enter (the weight is wrong but that's beside the point) so you can tell when it's been used, and if your cats are different sizes, who used it. ... show more

My cat became accustomed to it pretty fast. I only have one so this is perfect for her. The set up was easy and connecting it to the WiFi was easy as well. The best investment for your back and your cat. I got tired of having to bend down to scoop litter every 2-3 days. Now I just empty it once a week and depending on how much she uses it once every 12-14 days. The waste pan holds a good amount of waste and it comes with waste bags. This one spins instead of raking the wasted which I think is better for actually removing the waste. Just received my new cat litter box, by hands down the best product I own. I use to have to many problems with my regular litter box, smelling bad, constantly cleaning everyday, bad appearance, and a lot of bits of litter everywhere when they jumped out of it. Now with this self cleaning litter box, I don’t have any of those problems, it’s easy to assemble, good size, no leakage, no bad Oder, and it’s self cleaning! The media could not be loaded. I received this litter box July 22, 2024. Set up was pretty easy. I have three cats. It took two of my cats several days to get used to using it. I had to put a little step stool in front of it because it sits so high. This also helps keep them from tracking litter. I like the fact that it is quiet and deodorizes after each use. What I don’t like is the small opening. My large male cat refuses to use it so I keep a regular box for him. I have completely taken it apart and cleaned it twice. Not super easy. I notice that poop gets stuck on the grate and the back. It also tells me that it lacks litter all the time. If I add more, it just dumps the extra so I ignore what it says. I add more when I think it needs it. With three cats, I most likely need another automatic box, preferably one with a larger opening and closer to the ground. I like it with these exceptions. To clean it out, you must clear all litter, then remove the top. Then you must remove the drum. I spray the inside with Nature’s Remedy and let it sit. I wipe it clean with paper towels. Believe me, doesn’t get it all, but still beats scooping. ... show more
