I, like I’m sure most of you are, was skeptical to buy a couch from Amazon. I live in a rural area so I spent months shopping online for what I wanted at a good price. When the couch I originally selected was out of stock, I stumbled upon this one, and for a lower price. One note I will make is if you choose to get an ottoman, MEASURE! It is gigantic. Price: 5/5 I saw several couches for much higher prices and worse reviews. Quality: 5/5 each piece is constructed with a sturdy wooden frame Assembly: 5/5 They pack all the parts for each piece into the bottom of the base. From there you remove all your parts and get to work. I was nervous about the covers after reading the reviews. Once you figure out how they should go on, it’s very easy! The reviews mentioning it being super tight and their fabric ripped, I think they were trying to stretch them on in a manner they shouldn’t have. They fit nice and snug but I never felt like I had to fight the fabric and risk it ripping. Start with your section sitting upright and work your way down. Don’t try and work from the bottom up. Comfort: 4/5 I am giving this a 4 because it looks like it’d be a very squishy couch, but it is actually very firm. I don’t mind a firm couch and find it comfortable, but my husband would prefer it to be less firm. We’ve had the couch for less than a week, but I think over time if it doesn’t soften up or he doesn’t adjust, we could re-stuff the cushions with something more plush. Customer service: 5/5 customer service was PHENOMENAL. They were extremely responsive and gave me updates along the way. Each piece ships separately so they supplied me with each individual tracking number. After receiving the couch they checked in with me to see how I liked it and if it met my expectations. Was a little hesitant buying a couch off of amazon, especially since I like to feel the comfort of the couch before buying. The couch I really wanted was the 7th Avenue modular couch, but it was waaaaay out of our budget. I found this couch and it had little reviews but they all were good reviews, so I gave it a chance and im glad I did. The cushions are a little firm at first, but once you break them in it gets a lot more comfy. Its a good large size and the storage in the ottoman is great! Putting it together wasnt too hard, definitely need two hands tho. The hardest part was putting the couch covers on the body of the couch. We were so confused on which way it was supposed to go on, and then it seemed like it was too small for the couch. But we did manage to get them on, and the couch looks nice and expensive! Id definitely recommend if you want a nice large comfy couch without breaking the bank. ... show more

I spent money, family, portraits, couch, lounge, and watch movies couch, sleepovers couch storage room. Takes up my whole wall in the best way 😍 comes out just from against the wall that gives it a luxurious look, I have the LED fireplace with 84 inch TV A few plants or whatever you like My Baby throw blankets and a few pillows chef kiss thank me later even the guys compliment you on this set not just the ladies you got money if you got this lol at least it looked like it! I got full-size the whole thing 2 ottomans. Black isn’t black is more like charcoal but that’s OK. This is advertised as a cloud couch that’s soft and comfortable and it is anything but comfortable. The texture is rough and it’s very firm. It was a pain in the ass to put together, make sure you have someone with muscles to pull the pieces apart and you need at least two people. It looks nice, color was accurate and it is modular, wasn’t damaged or missing any pieces. It’s just not what I was expecting in terms of comfort. I do regret buying it. ... show more

Absolutely love this couch. Very comfortable, and I love that I can continue to add on sections. I just ordered another middle section to make it larger. The color is black, but definitely a softer black because of the type of fabric which I love. I have also washed all the covers, and they hold up their shape perfectly, even after putting them in the dryer. The company’s customer service is also top tier, as I’ve reached out to them a few times for tracking info and a link to purchase the extra section. 5 stars. ... show more

I love this couch. I chose black to go with my contrast theme. Sadly the couch attracts animal hair easily. Plus on this is you can remove covers and wash easily. Took less than a minute to remove (pause for washing) then place covers back on couch. I have 2 cats and a Dutch shepherd. They all shed like crazy so I place plus white rugs as barrier to go alone with my contrast black and white style. Easy to remove for when guest come over. If you do not use cover will be difficult to remove hair for guests just dropping in. Super comfy and cozy. Can easily arrange in different styles. I like to change my living room every two weeks or so and I have had endless configurations with this couch. If you are similar it’s worth the buy. Stylish, easy to clean, and comfy! Easy to fall asleep in. I am thinking of ordering a few more pieces to extend the size. I love this couch!!! ... show more
