  • Finished Size: The heavy duty tarp has a 14 mil thickness, 6.5oz per square yard. This heavy duty tarps waterproof has the strength and durability you need. The size of the rain tarp is the finished size which means when you choose your size you get the full size tarps and it's not short a few inches from both sides like other companies.
  • Virgin Polyethylene Material: Sunvigor tarp Made with virgin PE material and triple coated lamination for double-sided use, for waterproof and UV resistance. So that our multipurpose tarp is super durable and won't tear, rip or rot.
  • Strong Grommets & Reinforced Edges: We use rust-resistant brass grommets spaced every 23.6 inches on all sides and in each corner to easily tie and securely hold the tarp no matter how large it is. We used plastic capped bars on all corners to make it extra sturdy. The extra reinforced corners will reduce wear and tear on the tarp, prevent the grommets from pulling out due to high winds or extreme bundling conditions, and extend the life of the tarp.
  • All Weather Resistant: All seams and hems of the tarp are heat sealed. We have used high strength yarn to provide extra UV protection against harmful sunrays and fading. These polytarps are designed to provide all-weather ultimate protection from wind, rain, sunlight, UV rays and can withstand any weather condition.

These are expensive but I wanted to cover an area to to kill the vegetation and build a garden area. I’ve used thinner tarp for similar projects but they didn’t last. I also bought a smaller one to cover my cord of wood. Great value. The wood is bone dry

We used this tarp to completely cover our leaky patio cover. Patio cover made from corrugated PVC roof panels that have shifted after being up there so long. We put the tarp right over the current patio cover. We secured the tarp with screws and used small wood blocks to reinforce the grommets. We've now experienced rain and extremely gusty winds but there was no leakage and not one rip or tear. Very pleased with this tarp. The tarp is helping to keep a number of cooking appliances (grills, pizza oven, etc.) clean and dry. It made the patio a little darker, but maybe that will be good when it gets really sunny. ... show more
