Updated as the seller sent me a new piece after contacting. Hopefully this one holds up. Set it up and it worked fine for a week until it slowed a lot and was no longer fun as you’d stop halfway across the yard. I thought the cable stretched so I tightened the line but it still didn’t work. I retightened the whole thing then I even rose the highest side by a foot and it still wouldn’t roll fast. Turned out the bearings are worn out as several others have reported. Unbelievable that Amazon has the rating so high as many of the positive reviews are most likely written by the manufacturer from China as you can tell by the poor quality in the grammar and usage of phrases put together that aren’t correct. It’s common among Amazon reviews. Shame on Amazon as now it’s out of return window. This is something you put on the back burner to do when you have time. Then there goes your return option along with the ability to contact the manufacturer as Amazon doesn’t provide the link any longer. Time to shop More at brick and mortar where you can actually return stuff without a hassle and not such a very short return window. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We set up this up and it took a bit, we had three people though. i am sure if there were more people helping it wouldn't have been as difficult. I'd suggest actually listening to the 6% grade advice, we put ours at about a 15% and they made me be the first to try it "this was your idea and you're least valuable to the farm.." or something ;) . I almost said no to the safety belt, glad I didn't and id say always use it as well. I went full speed, the handle flew off and then i was somehow dangling in the air from my safety belt lol. Our error there.. we fixed the grade and instead of standing, I sat on the chair (because it dips and bounces more when you stand). Depending on the persons weight you will pick up more speed. My husband went next and slammed full force into the tree (see video), thankfully he had his feet up to stop him haha, but I did find out he screams like a girl. Anyways, the spring may not have been enough for him and the increased grade Its been sturdy and really fun for us and the kids to enjoy. Following directions helps. We are happy with it. As long as you get the set up and grade right it can be however fast or safe you want it. Only thing I may add or change is getting another seat and ensuring handles are secured. ... show more

    • This product will not work with big trees! Terrible instructions

There are multiple comments about how you need to have a tree that is big enough for the cord, but no warning that a tree might be too big for the starter cord to go around. We had to use different trees and now the zip line is really not easy to use. Also the instructions are terrible: the instructions skip steps and don't show how pieces fit together. ... show more

Kids love the zipline. It was a little challenging to install, but once we figured it all out it was pretty simple. Definitely need 3-4 people to help. Would recommend this for backyard fun.
