I have been wanting to dip a toe into some kind of solar power set up for over decade but just never took the chance. So when I saw this 100 watt solar panel, I knew it was finally time to start getting my feet wet. I feel like with most solar panels, you would need some sort of battery or power station to attach them to, making getting one without the other kind of worthless. But this panel has the ability to charge your cell phone and I'm guess pretty much any device that charges or runs by USB. Which was perfect for me as I get to learn the technology. On the back of the device is a zippered pouch that contains the plugs which include to USB ports, all I had to do was plug in my USB charger and my phone began charging. Even on a mostly cloudy and hazy summer day, my phone charged 10% in 10 minutes. Now there are a whole lot of other wires and such that I have no earthly idea what to do with, for now. And while I'm hoping that will all come in time when I find a battery/power station to attach my panels to, I can still use it in the meantime just as it is. The panels are housed in an attractive nylon case that closes with strong magnets and has built in handles for carrying. Even the stands are attached to the nylon case with velcro and can be extended to get the proper angle for the sun. If you're a dummy when it comes to solar, like me, but still want to play around with it and learn as you go, I feel like this is a good starter device as it's pretty much dummy proof. It took me just about a month to finally get up the courage to take it out of the box and test it out, but honestly getting it out of the box was the hardest part.     • FINALLY – A Portable Panel with Good Power and Accessories!
The ZOUPW-F100W solar panel packs a LOT of punch in a small portable package! The panel only weighs ~10.0 lbs (without accessories) and is ~24x21x1.75" folded and ~ 48.5x21x1” deployed. The orange plastic carry handles have strong magnets to keep them clasped together, until you want to open them up. The package includes an extremely useful MC4 to multi-connector cable, having XT60, Anderson, DC7909, and DC5521 “barrel” (coaxial) connectors. In addition, it comes with a package of 10 adapters to convert the DC5521 connector into just about any DC plug your solar generator/battery pack needs. That doesn’t even count the two USB-A ports (one being a QC port) and a USB-C port supporting up to 20V at 3A. This kit has it ALL. This is a two-panel system, each with its own “kickstand” to help position the panel to a 90-degree angle toward the sun. The panel is rigid enough to easily stand up (unlike several of the floppy ones I’ve tested) and even withstood a moderate breeze without collapsing. I tested this panel with four (4) different solar generator/battery banks plus various rechargeable devices including flashlights, lanterns, and mobile phones. Depending on the efficiency of the solar generator’s internal MPPT, I was able to get a maximum of 93 Watts power from the panel. This is excellent! As an Electrical Engineer, I know panels are rated (and typically advertised) at their Standard Test Condition (STC) performance. STC is achieved in a laboratory under controlled conditions - not in the "real-world". Real-world performance is often 75% or less (sometimes as low as 55%) than STC. For a panel marketed as 100W to deliver 93W in real-world operation is amazing! In full mid-day Arizona sun (at an altitude of approximately 4,400 ft (1,341 m ) above sea level, the average output of the panel after it heated up was 83W (+/- 3) which remains excellent (solar panels produce significantly less power when hot). Using an infrared digital thermometer, the panel surface temperature ranged from 133F (56C) to 145F (63C) during prolonged testing. I have the mew jackery 300 plus so the connections that come with the pannel did not work because they started using dc8020 to micro USB after purchasing the proper adapter it's working just fine

I HAVE SEVERAL 100W & 200W PORTABLE SOLAR PANELS, SO WHEN THIS 'ZOUPW' 100W BECAME AVAILABLE I WANTED TO COMPARE IT WITH 2 OTHER 100W POPULAR NAME BRAND PANELS UNDER THE SAME IDENTICAL CONDITIONS. I USED 2 DIFFERENT ECOFLOW POWER STATIONS TO MEASURE WATT INPUT & ALSO USED A SOLAR ANGLE GUIDE (DETERMINES PERFECT ANGLE TO THE SUN FOR MAXIMUM POWER INPUT. IT LOOKS LIKE A DART BOARD W/A BULLS EYE. YOU GOTTA GET ONE OF THESE). TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, IT WAS A CLOUDLESS LATE MORNING WITH MODERATE BLUE SKY. (DEEPER THE BLUE, THE BETTER). THIS PANEL MEASURED 73 TO 76 WATTS CONSISTENTLY WHICH WAS COMPARABLE WITH THE OTHER 100W PANELS I TESTED. WHICH MADE ME HAPPY. THIS PANEL/CHARGER IS CONSTRUCTED VERY SIMILAR TO THE BIG BOYS. IE: PREMIUM MONOCRYSTALLINE SILICON CELLS & TEXTURED ETFE COATING. ALSO IPF67 RATED WATERPROOF (IPF68 I BELIEVE IS THE HIGHEST) FOR THOSE SUDDEN SHOWERS. POUND FOR POUND THIS PANEL IS NEARLY EQUAL TO THE COMPETITION. EXCEPT THERE IS A BONUS HERE. THIS PANEL COMES WITH A CONTROLLER/SOLAR CHARGER. SO YOU WON'T NEED A SOLAR POWER STATION/GENERATOR TO CHARGE YOUR CELL PHONE OR ANY OTHER RECHARGEABLE PRODUCT.
