For the price, this unit is worth the money. It's as responsive as more expensive head units, the screen is bright and HUGE, and the GPS is great. Customer service has been responsive. However, you get what you pay for, several useful features are missing, there is no built in cross over, so getting the audio sounding right takes time and patience. The light up keys are not color adjustable, the themes are very limited, and you have to go through the "car" menu to access the Android settings app. There are also several built in apps that you can not disable or turn off. If you're looking for a low cost, useful stereo for your car, you cant go wrong here. ... show more

I want to apologize to anyone that may have used my previous review as a basis to their purchase of this thing.. it did work great at first but soon the radio stations changed without any help from me.. next the USB cables/ ports stopped reading media.. GPS works but unless you connect it to your phone Internet traffic updates are 0 ... I'm currently trying to get help from the manufacturer but since I can't video and drive at the same time.. and these issues occur while driving... customer service has stalled... Amazon will do a refund for the first 30 days but will not give you a replacement... I will update you if I receive any help from the manufacturer ... show more

The unit came with everything necessary to install the radio, aside from a 2007 Toyota Tacoma wiring harness and console cutout replacement. I ordered this and got all of the wiring perfect, but the infotainment screen would not turn on. Both my 10amp fuse in my truck's fuse box, and 10amp fuse behind the new infotainment screen, would blow. I probably went through (10) 10amp fuses while checking all of my connections and ground wires, all which seemed perfect. I was so furious and upset and eventually decided that the new infotainment/radio screen was the issue. Thus I ordered a replacement unit and it worked with my existing harness and connections; incredibly annoying. BACKUP CAMERA BLACK SCREEN? You must enter the System Settings and get into the secret menu factory settings and enter 8888 as the password. You need to change the Camera device from "SD" to "HD" and select "AHD 720." Support didn't mention this anywhere as there wasn't any documentation provided at all. Absolutely unbelievable that the camera provided wasn't preconfigured on the infotainment unit. Additionally, one of the USB ports didn't work and ZLINK Wired CarPlay doesn't work, wireless does. Luckilt the data USB port is the functioning one, I know this because the ZLINK app can sense when I plug the iPhone in, but errors out with "Failed to connect, try a different USB port." Tried different USB to Lightning cables and nada. Using Wireless CarPlay, which has a little delay, just fed up. All in all, once you play the settings game in the dark, the system is fast and functional. It allows for many features I don't play on using, but the basics it promises, like Wired CarPlay didn't work out of the box, and the first unit I received was a dud. Lastly, having to just "figure out that you need to manually configure the camera as AHDx720p" without even knowing the 8888 factory setting password (had to look this up online) is an absolutely horrible experience. No instructions provided at all, prepare to take photos of the little instructions provided here on the product page. ... show more

I didn't use the rear camera since the vehicle has it's own and work well with the android. There is no suction cup with this one. If your dashboard is high; persons at the back won't see the video clearly due to the angle and it does not have a 360 rack as TV wall mount would. Notice at times the music/video stops and go to main screen (still tryna figure out why). Only missing piece is Netflix app (unless you go to the website). GPS works but, if you're not in America the GPS voice does not work. Sound is clear and quality is great. Good storage and connects to Bluetooth & Wi-Fi without dropping with excellent touch respond. 4/5 experience for 2010 Toyota Voxy. Hope this help y'all. 😊 ... show more

don't hear sound from rear speakers when moving the dial all the way to the rear. It sounds better than the stock Lincoln head unit. The HI-FI model, the bass sounds super loud at low volumes for some reason; doesn't happen with the regular model. The camera is awesome in HI-FI, but so-so for the regular model. Cannot move icons. in the HI-FI model, but the regular model does allow that. HI-FI comes with an external Mic, whereas the regular model does not (accepts input for ext mic). Longevity remains a question on both units, but the HI-FI can be predicted that will have more issues down the road. Android Auto didn't connect to the HI-FI. ... show more
