So first let me.get to the pros on this fridge. It's a beautiful looking fridge and whennits working properly the temperature stays between 33-38°. Now let me get to our issue that we are having. So I bought this fridge back in January. Came with a few dings which I can overlook but I noticed the temperature climbing after about a month of normal use in the garage. Temperature in the garage is relatively low. By mid April the fridge was constantly at 48° and eventually climbed to 75°. Our fridge is only a 30 day warranty but Amazon eventually replaced it. We received the replacement and btw the shipping company does not help you take it off the pallet that it comes in. They just drop it off and leave, that's pretty much it. So when I unpackaged it I notice the lower corner dented in which is unacceptable. I plug it in and the temperature immediately cools down which I'm super happy about, but the light on the inside does not turn on which it a bummer. I'm an electrician and could fix it, but for $2500 I'm not opening it up to figure it out. We emailed the manufacturer and still no word. So I'm gonna have to put in a request for a return and look for a different commercial refrigerator. This has been a nightmare. I do not recommend this refrigerator, too many issues, I run a small business and this has made it more work than I need. Manufacturer is a joke, there is no customer service cuz you can't get a hold of anyone. If I could get the door replaced and the light on I would be a happy camper. ... show more

The product for the price is good and the extended warranty was nice to have for 5 years worry free. Purchased a used smaller refrigerator from a local vendor and it lasted 4 months 😒
