    • Incredibly Fast and Lots of Fun!
This RC car is fantastic! It is capable of reaching incredible speed and yet it is still easy to control for a beginner. It's powerful enough to perform wheelies and the remote range is further than I expected. The controller is well designed and the controls are precise. The off road tires help it perform perfectly over grass, pavement, and sand. It is heavy for it's size which typically means it has quality components. It has already survived a couple crashes and one hard rollover and the only damage was a couple minor scratches. Seems durable and the plastic body is flexible and resilient. This is a wild ride! Completely metal axles from motor to wheels, and they need to be because this car flies. It was so much fun tearing it up on the street. Even includes a tire iron because you'll be needing new rubber at some point! First off this is a great quality design. Great battery life, easy to control, and strong/fast enough for varied terrain. I'm 54 and my husband and I had so much fun playing around with this outdoors. This thing was able to easily traverse steep rocky hills, mud, wet leaves, shallow water, jumps. The controller is great for small or larger hands. Making it perfect for gifting to people of all ages. It comes with everything needed to enjoy a long play session. Kids or adults can set up obstacle courses or do like we did and take it out into our property in the country and use natural difficult terrain. Well built, sturdy. We treated it like we do our 4wd we use in the country and it stood up to the environment. Don't hesitate to purchase it. Just be prepared for the adults to love playing with it as much as the kids. This is a great RC car for the money!! I am NOT an RC expert and this was a great find. Comes with everything you need to get started with the exception of 3 AA batteries. No assembly required and very easy to get to the rechargeable battery. Charging was right around 30 mins using my laptop and it lasted a decent while first run. Excellent response and pretty fast considering the cost. Great for the kids and I'm actually enjoying this one too! If this lasts its really a no brainer. Much nicer than those I've seen at the mall kiosks, which were generally more money. ... show more
