I absolutely love this bedspread! It is such a beautiful color and perfectly lightweight. I use individual duvets on my bed so I like to top it off with a lightweight bedspread for a cleaner look when the bed is made. This is very lightweight so that even on top of duvets it doesn’t add any extra heat; I wouldn’t recommend using it alone on top of a sheet in cold weather but I bet it is great during the summer. This bedspread is also HUGE. The king size is actually a little too large for my king sized bed but that’s ok. The shams looks great (they’re king size so make sure you have king size pillows). This bedspread also washes really well and holds up to machine drying on low. This is definitely a great find. ... show more

In need of a new bedspread I came across this set. I wasn't looking to spend too much, but needed a lighter bed covering than a comforter because this time of year is when No. California experiences 6 to 8 weeks of Indian Summer. Wasn't sure about the color, but it looked nice enough and came with the shams, so what the heck? The set arrived rolled into a small, tight log that was surprisingly weighty when you picked it up. I'd been expecting something very lightweight, not very thick or substantial in terms of materials, and perhaps not very well made, not unlike like celebrity branded bedding from K-Mart. Full-Stop: Wrong. This set is really nice! The quilted material is of substantial weight - it's closer to a blanket on the bed than a bedspread, and that's not a bad thing. No loose threads or unraveling seams to be seen anywhere, solid construction. This set looks better than I was expecting and is made MUCH better than I was expecting at such a low price.... I figured I paid for cheap, I'd get cheap and that was the deal - low expectations and OK with it. Instead I got a set that surprised me by how nice it is! Honestly surprised to get something so nice so affordably.... Only gripe is I wish there were a bigger selection of colors. ... show more
