Sorry it took so long to get back with my review; I had a hard time reading the fine print. At 8:03a today, Tuesday May 7th, i was able to access the system and get it set up. Now that it's available to use correctly. Thanks so much, it's better than the last tablet I had and with the speakers on both sides of the unit, I've got stereo' it's a lot louder than my phone or laptop. The only thing I ask of you is that the instructions are in a bigger font for older people who wear glasses don't need other optical assistance to read it. I got this as a "Family" tablet so my kids can use it during trips or watching a show here and there. It is a little slow on touch recognition but it was okay as it was ment for the kids mainly. It doesn't Inpact gameplay as far as I can tell (plants vs zombies and other small games). The main issue I had is when connecting to public wifi which was very frustrating. With my phone I could click a notification that would allow me to accept the terms and conditions of that public network such as hotels, fast food places etc. But the notification was not on this tablet. Which I thought it would be okay I can usually get it if I search up a news website like abc, fox or something very basic. Still did not work with this tablet. I looked for hours online and came across THIS TIP of typing a url that doesn't have an http address. Sort of what I did before but for my table if you type "example.com" it worked to bring up the terms and conditions of public wifi. I hoped this helped someone!! ... show more

It’s sort of glitchy when I try to type the keyboard doesn’t come up right away or when I’m trying to do something it doesn’t move on the next page. I wasn’t too happy with it.
