Gonna give it a few months to see if the chair starts having that classic problem of sliding down on its own. Easy to assemble, but one of the rollers for the chair bottom didn't stay in the stand. Requested a replacement from the seller and we received a new set of rollers within a week +/- a day. Fast customer service. Chair is for kid doing some gaming and rolls nice on a decent chair mat over carpet. He likes it for gaming. I wouldn't necessarily use it in my office for 8 straight hours of work, but good enough for him for a couple hours of computer fun. ... show more

Bought this as a Christmas present for my nephew. The instructions were easy to follow in putting the chair together, just takes a little time, and they even provided the tool to tighten the screws with. There was a little gap on one side of the back rest of the chair where it meets the seat, and the chair seat was a little wobbly when sitting in it, but overall a good chair. The chair was super easy to assemble and comfortable as well. If you want lumbar support I would recommend getting a pillow for your back. The only issue I had was the seat already had some small holes in the cushion when I got it but other than that a great chair.
