It's not the most comfortable office chair I ever had, as it is quite hard and in the locked position, the back is way too straight up for me, but that's an individual preference. However, I think that one improvement would make it better: Make the the chair so, that the locked position has maybe three positions to chose from, not just straight up. I was happy with my first version of this chair. Although a different brand, same chair. I found it as a "used:" version on amazon wharehouse, and used meant the box was damaged. Birthday gift for my 14 year-old son. he really likes it and it must be comfortable, considering how much time he spends sitting in it.... It wasn't difficult to assemble and it looks good. He is a fidgeter, so the level of movement it can give him is awesome.

i bought this to replace my old chair that the arms had broken off of and i love that you can put the arms up on this one to have more leg room. my only concern with this is if you lean back all the way in it too much (like 5 times) something under it comes loose and now it makes a clicking sound but thats more annoying than a problem. overall great chair ... show more

Bought this as a Christmas present for my nephew. The instructions were easy to follow in putting the chair together, just takes a little time, and they even provided the tool to tighten the screws with. There was a little gap on one side of the back rest of the chair where it meets the seat, and the chair seat was a little wobbly when sitting in it, but overall a good chair. This is a very well made and comfortable chair. A friend put it together for me and it dydnt look to hard to do. My only complaint is more about me than the chair. I'm short only 4'10 and because of that it's not 100% comfy all the time because sometimes the chair its self seems too big.
