The bike is nice but I don’t think that a 26” tire is big enough for my height. I should have researched better for the appropriate size. It was a breeze to put together but because of my height is not a comfortable ride and I ended up giving it to my 13 year old.

The assembly was not that bad but it was impossible to get the bike out if the box without cutting it up. They omitted the quick release for the front wheel from the kit so I had to buy one at a bike shop...good thing they are universal so getting a replacement was not a problem.. After assembly no power to the control panel on the handlebar. You need to turn that on first to select the ride setting and have the throttle work to send power to the motor. It was difficult dealing with the seller because of the language barrier. They kept asking me to take a "photo". I did not understand how a picture would help. What they really wanted was for me to take a video of me riding it. The throttle apparently does not move the bike from a dead stop. You have to get it moving for the motor to kick in . I did take a video but even just a 5 second video required a file size over 25 MB so I could not email it to them. So after almost two weeks they are now sending me a replacement control unit and control panel ( from China). I have until First of June to return it. I may have to do that if the replacement parts do not arrive soon. The manual is really not very helpful. Lacks detail and English chop chop is not always clear. Instruction photos are the size of postage stamps so hard to really help. The seat is way way to hard for me (74 Male) and the handle bars were way to far forward for me. I have bought a replacement English Racer cruiser type handlebar from Amazon that is far more comfortable but have not installed it yet. I will need to buy a different riser to be able to make the switch but will not do that until I know I am keeping the bike. Stay turned for an update on the replacement parts. Also they wanted me to take it a bike shop to have them check it out. But without the motor running I can not ride it up the hills I would have to cover and the bike is too heavy for me to get it into the trunk of my car. Also later found out the bike shop did not want to work on it because they only work on models they sell. No local bike shops in my area sell this bike model or anything from ZNH for that matter. So at this point it has not been a good experience. I fear I will have to pay hundreds of dollars out of my end to ship it back. And I had to pay $100 shipping when I bought it. ... show more

    • Nice Bike - Awful Company, NO WARRANTY!
Awful Seller! Our first contact with customer services ended with us being instructed to insert a screwdriver into the battery terminals to bend the pins inside the high power battery, as the battery was loose and did not hold contact with the power pins. This did resolve the issue, around 11 months later the battery completely failed and stopped holding charge. When contacting the seller for the second time they replied in hard to understand english, gave confusing and repetitive instructions with no benefit, refused to honor refused to honor the 1 year warranty despite agreeing it was defective, and then just became rude in their replies. Sellers like this remind me why we should read all of the reviews before buying things! We are now left with an $880 pile of junk that does not work without a battery, cannot be repaired as it is a bespoke battery design, and nowhere else to turn as the company is based in China cannot be taken to small claims court. The bike itself was fast and comfortable, looked good and actually had quite good build quality, but the battery and the complete disregard for their customers make this a product and company to avoid. ... show more

I love this bike! It is exactly what I was looking for, and battery lasts a long time. The finish of the bike is very nice and has a high quality feel. Good welding and finish. The motor is powerful and I rode it 3 hours yesterday. The front suspension is stable enough to deal with different road situation.I have been a bike rider for long time. I really enjoy riding this electric bike. It has a one piece battery design for an electric bike, very elegant. I often ride it without pedal assist but really fun to use pedal assist for extra boost. the seat is very comfortable. Very enjoy the ebike and it was well worth the entry level price. ... show more

I bought two bicycles from ZNH, bikes, commuter bikes for me and my wife my wife’s battery doesn’t wanna charge anymore so I contact customer service I sent five emails no response. Also, if you wanna write your review on their website, that’s impossible so I will suggest not to buy and not to deal with these people. ... show more

I bought this bike end of November so I can get out there and get some exercise. Yesterday the weather was like it was spring time, so I put the bike in back of my truck and went to the park. I drove around the lake for eight miles. And got to say it is fast and have good breaks to stop, it takes awhile to get things down on how the pedal assist works but once you get it down it easy to ride. You do get exercise from riding this bike believe me. I’m 59 years old and if I can ride this any one can. So for the price of the bike it is worth it And a great start. ... show more
